The dishes at the Muslim restaurant in Chengdu, were even better than the ones in Luzhou! We didn’t think that was possible.

made the dough

splash of water
dash of oil
mix well

diced some smoked leg ham
ruffly chopped cognac salami
2 or 3 diced garlic cloves
mixed herbs
rolled the dough flat
add toppings all over
roll into a log
bake.
