Yes those dumplings look so well-made and I want to plop one into my mouth! Curious to know what that pie-looking-thing is in the first photo.
The pie in the first photo, is Yak pie. Just a simple pastry with small juicy pieces of Yak & some onion on the inside. Absolutely delicious. For a bit more flavour, you can dip it into chilli sauce.
